Thank you! Glad you enjoyed this tutorial 😊
Amanda, I love the ideas you come up with. I've never tried the blanket stitch before. Have you ever thought of making soap savers? I make them all the time, and I would love to see if you could design one, maybe using some of your favorite stitches. Your dishcloth designs are amazing too. I also love your Crochet 101 videos. Great job describing how to do stitches in all the tutorials you create.
Thank you so much Haley! It means a lot to me that you enjoy my tutorials. I haven’t made soap savers before, but I could definitely look into making them for my channel in the future. Thanks for the suggestion!
Thanks Amanda! I like the design the blanket stitch makes.

I love this stitch for a hat. I think I might try making a scarf with this stitch too. I had an idea for another Crochet 101 tutorial for you. I just found an easy stitch called the Apine Stitch. You should make a video on that. It uses single crochets, double crochets and front post double crochets. It has a reaaly nice texture. That stitch, too, would be great for scarves.
The Alpine stitch is for sure on my to do list! I fell in love with the texture of it. Thanks!
This would be great for so many things. Scrubbies and soap savers are some posibilities that come to mind too. I love learning to make new stitches and then figuring out ways I can be creative with them. Like you, I've kind of been stuck in a crochet rut lately with no idea what to make. I'll just grab some yarn, start randomly making chains and stitching into them, and then about two minutes later, I'll rip the pattern apart. I'll be interested to see what you come up with. Your videos always give me the inspiration I need to make new things. :)
Amazing 😻
Thanks!
