I have an M90 (2009). I just landed on this presentation and had to chuckle when the air cleaner topic came up. For the Suzuki, it is PLURAL as there are twin throttle bodies, each with it's own filter. ALSO, in this comparo, it is not only the CC's here, it is the power to weight ratio, lets just keep this key number in mind. That nearly 70lb. difference is a big factor here which figures into these results. Thanks guys. 🙂
Yes, I used to ride Suzuki Dportbikes and I'm a Mat Mladin fan. I will have to find someone with an M109 to see how the 144 does against it. Thanks for the comment.

Out of the box the m90 would have been better. Some of these exhaust & module mods done without dyno tuning could actually limit it's performance if not reduce it.
@@team8s420 I appreciate that , but I've been riding my 2011 m90 for 10 years and out class most of my mates harleys. My 90 is stock other than debaffled stock exhaust. They do take a lot of miles to loosen up and when they do it becomes a harley eater.

U both have nice bikes but the M90 rider is not pushing his bike, I have a friend who has a Suzuki Boulevard M90 and I have a friend who's just bought a HD Low rider 117 and most of the time the M90 wins and I have a M109R and i smoke them both any day of the week. Not trying to be a ass hole or anything like that just stating the fact.
You should film it and let us watch! The Street Bob is lighter than the low rider, and thanks, I might be a better rider. I have a 119 now, I would love to see what it does against an M109. When I rode sports, I was a Suzuki fan! Still am.
Thanks for the comment. I no longer have the street bob (but it weighs less than the low rider and has the same motor). I now have a street glide that I will be doing a stage 3 on to make it a 119. I will try to find someone with a 109R after that.

@TeaM8's love harley's, but the bottom line is that it took them way too long to compete against something that it's been built since 2006; like I said, I love harley's, but you either pay a lot of money to buy it fast or you spend a lot of money to make it fast; m106 are 16k more less and they're already fast.
@Abel Maldonado I agree the M109R is fast from the factory. Check out my wife's new bike in a future video. It's a Low Rider ST and it is fast from the factory and only 22k.
@jamessweeney2710 before I rode Harleys all I rode was Suzuki, but sport bikes. I know thier race heritage and how Mat Mladin and Ben Spies dominated AMA superbike!
Like he said they should've raced the M109r, closer displacement. I mean M90 is 24ci smaller and the guys tuned them theirselves which is always hit or miss.

The M90 has a tuner on it "power commander " which is one of the best tuners on the market.
