Finally finished the ESP32 breakout! Really happy with how it works. Kits in my store store.mkme.org/?product=esp32-wroom-breakout-pcb-with-screw-terminals
This is right on time!! I was looking for just this last week. I'm working on a Christmas light display using an ESP32 and a breakout board was going to be needed. Thanks!
From what I’ve noticed specifically with the ESP32 platform is their(s) multiple variations to this platform. And it seems as though not even KICAD has in completeness the entirety of the library of esp32‘s the reason for this is quite simple. The ESP32 board you built the breadboard for isn’t even specified in the choose symbol library section (which it seems like a esp32 wroom variant) of KICAD presently. So a very simple question....what is the specific esp32 model (because it clearly NOT a pico d4, wroom 32: neither 32D or 32U, wrover : nether a wrover -I) that you used ?
I am wanting to do this but KiCad doesnt have my ESP32-WROOM-32 symbol. I am trying to learn this part of designing my own breakout boards. If this comment finds you, any help would be appreciated. Great work by the way!

do you sell the breakout ready to go, no soldering needed of screw terminals and headers.

White silk screen on black solder masks always looks so good.
Very nice. Thank you for the video

great tutorial! I want to make one of these for the esp32 mini, which has double header pins, but this should be a good start!

Thanks Eric. Happy New Year!
Same to you Ron. All the best
Nice
Is it possible for me to ammend the file as i want to use what you have made but add a 3v3 row and some other resistors etc
Of course
yikes, just picked up a 3 pack esp32 screw terminal breakout boards on aliexpress for 10$
Sometimes people support those that make free video content on subjects media will never cover.
only works for specific width of ESP32. The variant I use is not covered by breakout boards on Ali/Amazon. In that case this video is very helpful!
