Yeah, such memories. I got this from a Cover CD of 'Your iMac' magazine. I struggled with it for a long time, and I think through messing with this i found Audacity, which was just starting out in the early 2000's. The Mac was my first computer since the Commodore Amiga in '89, so this was almost like my Octamed coverdisc experience, if you know what I mean. So impressive to see what computers could do at that time e.g. have this running alongside a word processor, browser, pdf docs etc. Now you can plug a midi keyboard into a tablet and do lots more, or even just a smartphone!
Is this the only video about "Logic Fun" on UA-cam? Difficult also to find information online even with Google. Back at that time freeware sequencer for PC were not common place, so I guess "Logic Fun" must have got a lot of attention at the time.
It didn't get much attention because it was mainly a MIDI sequencer with only 4 audio tracks allowed, no virtual instruments supported, no vst effects (except built-in basic reverb and chorus on buses). And even at that time, these features were something of expected from pretty much every DAW.
Fuggedaboutit. It was killed off in 2002 when Apple bought EMagic, and even if you did find it, it probably wouldn't run on any current hardware or any current version of WIndows. Besides, there are so many modern offerings that are quantum improvements over Logic Fun, and at least one of them can be used for free (although you really should pay for Reaper).
