Favorite athlete of all time! I’m 27 and he came into the NFL when I was 5! So damn I’ve seen him come into stardom since I was a child. My dad hates him but even said ‘you don’t have to like him but you sure as hell have to respect him for what he’s done in his career.’
He was always so calm in those clutch moments. Nothing scarier as an opponent than seeing Tom calmly walking to the huddle with his head looking down, just focusing on what he needed to do.
Me too dawg, Brady been playing so long him retiring don’t even feel real. All good things come to an end. 🥲 I know I’ll miss seeing Tom Brady on the field.
10 years ago I met a guy at a small town Mass bar who was venting, since I was outta state he opened up. Said my town, he immediately knew it as Brady's hometown too...Gotta love that New England passion about sports and their idols
I think they should name the AFC conference trophy after him, he has the most appearances, most wins and most appearances in a row, (bills have most wins in a row) but I think that would be perfect for brady
As a Steelers fan I’ve been haunted by that man for most of my fandom but I have to call a spade a spade, he is the greatest of all time especially after that 25 point comeback against the Atlanta Falcons smh simply incredible
As a Steelers fan as well I used to have this sentiment as well but realistically in the 22 years he really only beat the Steelers twice in the AFC championship game. More often than not the Steelers have beat themselves in the playoffs.
For me it’s the SB 49 comeback. Pats hadn’t won in 10 years and it looked like another miracle catch would beat them. And of course we know how that game ended.
Honorable mention: The "On to Cincinnati" game on Sunday Night Football in 2014, after folks thought he was washed up when he was benched in the Monday night massacre against Kanas City the week before. Brady was on fire out of the gate, quickly shutting up the naysayers, and the Pats routed Cincy that night. Brady would go on to play in five more Super Bowls, winning four of them.
including the 2014 season's Super Bowl XLIX. I have a cousin who was calling for his head that season and 2 other times after it. He won all 3 Super Bowls
Whenever I think of something so great that even haters are silent, I think of Tom Brady. It was a thing of beauty to watch one man bear so much hate from trolls, only to slowly silence them all.
I really can’t believe he retired. Growing up with him as my favorite athlete was a blessing for him to be on my favorite team. It’s just insanity how incredible he is/was.
I knew from the moment this list was on my subscription. That the Atlanta Super Bowl game would be number one. From that moment on I never doubted Brady is the greatest of all time.
Me and my dad,RIP watched Patriots since 1965 as a little boy, we watched many bad seasons until this guy Brady comes along, my dad passed away the year before Brady in 2000, so he didn't get to see the SB runs, I like to think he knows from my talking in prayer to him, what Brady and the Patriots did in that 20 year run will be hard to top, thanks to Patriots and Brady from Boston area.🙏
They should have included the 2017 AFC championship game against the Jaguars. That game gave me chills. 12 stitches on his throwing hand and he went a put on a clinic in the 4th quarter down 10 points to beat a dominant Jacksonville Defense. But other than that this list is perfect!
22 years really went fast i just cant believe he retired, Tom Brady is the G.O.A.T not only as QB but in all of NFL Thank you for 22 years Thank you for 7 Superbowl victories Thank you for countless memories and moments Thank you TB12

I was born in NE and Tom became the starter up there when I was 3, he was a part of the reason I even learned about football at a young age, I'm amazed at the legacy he left that I was lucky enough to watch him build, the only thing that frustrates me about the fact he retired is how the Buccaneers got knocked out of the playoffs this year because their defense gave up a cheap shot at the end of a amazing comeback and honestly I hope AB feels like a POS, who knows they could've made another run if he had just held off
You know what’s great and is pointed out on this list without being mentioned was he was willing to do what’s best to win! He’s handing it off or tossing it to a RB to score to deciding TD… too many other QB’s that are even considered Great and/or HOF will force throws to pad their legacy over winning as a team! I’ve seen two GOAT’s in my lifetime and one them is Tom Brady and one is MJ… happy retirement from a person who used to always pick and cheer against the Patriots, you earned my appreciation and respect!
Tom Brady deserves his very own wing in The NFL Hall of Fame. He redefined American Football just like how Michael Jordan redefined Basketball. From a College QB who was seen for a while to be not as talented as his more hyped up rival at Michigan to a 6th Round Draft Pick that nobody but The Patriots wanted to proving all the haters wrong & shocking the world for over 22 seasons & a record 7 SuperBowls in the process and building one of the greatest athletic legacies of all-time. No one can ever & no one will ever deny the impact & influence & greatness of TB12 period!!! Tom Brady will forever be the definitive face of The NFL. My only complaint about this list was no mention of Tom Brady's legendary rivalry with his archrival Peyton Manning, a rivalry that saw Tom get the better of Manning more often than not with Tom winning 11 outta his 17 encounters with Manning. Tom topping Manning 11-6 overall in their rivalry should have at least been an Honorable Mention.
Tom Brady is one of my inspirations and a person I looked up to. Ive been a fan of him ever since I even knew what football was. Glad you did this @watchmojo
When I started the video, I already knew what number one would be. No way it could be anything but Brady leading the comeback from being down 28-3 in Super Bowl LI vs Atlanta to win it in overtime. No doubt in my mind, Brady is the GOAT.
I'll never forget Super Bowl 51. What a whirlwind of emotions!! Going from frustration and resignation to anxiety and then a bit of hope- to just, all out celebration. What a trip!
I think you rename the AFC championship trophy after him, most appearances, most appearances in a row, and most wins in that game. He went to every one for more than half a decade and came a 2 point conversion (in 2015) from going to 4 straight Superbowls.
Pre-Brady, it was fun to argue who was the greatest quarterback of all time. Post-Brady, there is no more argument who is the greatest quarterback of all time. Brady = GOAT
Brady's first pass in OT to Amendola in the SB was the most technically proficient pass of his career. I still don't understand how he was able to "drop it in the bucket" to a well-covered Amendola.
The 2000 Orange Bowl against Alabama is a truly great Tom Brady game that gets lost in the shuffle of great Tom Brady games. Watching it you ask yourself how in the hell is this guy not a first round draft pick. That was the first game he fell behind 14 points twice in the same game and still won. Its one of the greatest performances at the Quarterback position in the history of football at any level.
As an actual Pats fan where is week 6, 2013 vs the saints. Besides for it being one of Brady greatest game winning drives and one of the greatest calls in patriot history. It’s also one of the greatest days in Boston sports. Any real Boston fan would have that on their list.
It is hard to believe he won’t be a presence on the field any longer. As a born New Englander I would have watched him play for any team. He brings a dedication and level of professionalism to the game few other athletes do. Even if you disliked him you had to respect and enjoy the level of play he brought to the game.
This just shows how big of an impact and how popular Tom Brady is not only in the Nfl but around the world if you got WatchMojo to make a video about him, this will be the biggest player retirement you will ever witness
He also had a game in the 2017 playoffs (January 2018) where he led a double digit comeback against the Jaxonville Jaguars(then NFLs best defense) in the AFC Championship game while having like 15 stiches on his throwing hand on an operation that transpired an hour before the game after he tore the palm of his throwing hand apart during a practice.
That 2018 AFC Championship Game was amazing. Those three 3rd and 10 conversion throws in overtime were the stuff of legends, in the freezing cold, in the loudest stadium in the NFL. If they miss one of those Patrick Mahomes is waiting on the other side to end the game. One of the most legendary games in the history of the NFL, against all odds the Patriots went into that stadium and stole that game.
It’s funny, being a colts fan and witnessing Peyton manning become a legendary quarterback. Nothing pissed off Indy more than Tom Brady. But of course it’s only because he was Peyton’s rival and Tom Brady was without question, the goat. Weird not having those legends in the NFL anymore.
What a joy to watch again Brady's 10 greatest moments! How difficult it must have been those 10 from hundreds (or thousands) of great Brady moments. 🏈🏈🏈👍💞💯💥
I lived in New England (Providence, RI) for the entire dynasty. I can wholeheartedly say I enjoyed every moment of enjoying the Pats, year after year. I was saddened by Brady's departure and the inevitable breakup of the team that cannot be beaten.
What a thrilling title! Tom Brady's career has been nothing short of spectacular, filled with unforgettable moments. It's incredible to think about his journey, from being a sixth-round draft pick to becoming one of the greatest quarterbacks in NFL history. Each moment in his career has not only defined the game but also inspired countless fans and aspiring athletes. It's fascinating how sports can bring such exciting and memorable experiences! 🏈✨
My favorite is when I got to see him play live. He was still a pat and it was only preseason but I'm glad I got that because I never got to see him as a buc.
He's got 7 super bowls that's like Montana and aikman combined wow broke Montana records most playoff wins, has record for biggest comeback in super bowl history was 14 point underdogs against St Louis first super bowl beat the greatest offense in NFL history list goes on goat
@@vinceniederman Wonder if they would have still won had Malcolm Butler not been benched. Not sure it would have helped, but it would have been nice to see him out there. Plus Tom's thumb was still kind of messed up too. I think the stitches were gone, but not fully healed yet.
Is Tom Brady the GOAT? If not, who? Make your case in the comments.

One of the most legendary games in the history of the NFL, against all odds the Patriots went into that stadium and stole that game.
True. That felt like the REAL SUPER BOWL.
@@s.t.santos5928only bc the SB against the Rams was the Pats largest margin of victory 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Many, many great moments. Thanks for the upload of the goats greatest performances
I love how a couple of these entries are just entire seasons lol 🐐 🐐 🐐 🐐 🐐 🐐 🐐
You should have done 20 moments because he is great
What a joy to watch again Brady's 10 greatest moments! How difficult it must have been those 10 from hundreds (or thousands) of great Brady moments. 🏈🏈🏈👍💞💯💥
Definitely the 🐐…You gotta do like 10 top 10s for him alone lol
From Australia 🇦🇺 Great video!!
Favorite athlete of all time. He truly is the GOAT
I lived in New England (Providence, RI) for the entire dynasty. I can wholeheartedly say I enjoyed every moment of enjoying the Pats, year after year. I was saddened by Brady's departure and the inevitable breakup of the team that cannot be beaten.
Tom brady is not just the greatest player ever, he's the best franchise ever.
HE IS THE GOAT
No question--Tom Brady is the GOAT! 🐐🐐🐐😄💜🎉🏈🏈🏈👍
I totally agree with these picks! Great Video! Thank you...
Greatest Sports Icon: Michael Jordan

Greatest Sports Legacy: Muhammed Ali
...The holy trinity.
My new fav video!🐐🏈❤🧡❤💙
The NFL won't be the same with Brady retiring, but he had an amazing career and he's definitely the GOAT for all of North American sports.
My favorite is when I got to see him play live. He was still a pat and it was only preseason but I'm glad I got that because I never got to see him as a buc.
Who is here after he just came back??
He put up a fight
Damn, narrowing it down to 10 must have been HARD. Kudos.
The GOAT!! 🐐💕✨🔥
He's got 7 super bowls that's like Montana and aikman combined wow broke Montana records most playoff wins, has record for biggest comeback in super bowl history was 14 point underdogs against St Louis first super bowl beat the greatest offense in NFL history list goes on goat
Great well-written video I really liked
To Me As a Eagles Fan Tom Brady is Indeed The Goat Even Though He Lost 3 Super Bowls Twice To NY Then To My Philadelphia Eagles!
He was amazing in that loss to the Eagles. Passed for 505 yards. Crazy that Patriots defense gave up 41 points.
@@Sue_V Yup and Somehow The Eagles Won That Night!
@@vinceniederman Wonder if they would have still won had Malcolm Butler not been benched. Not sure it would have helped, but it would have been nice to see him out there. Plus Tom's thumb was still kind of messed up too. I think the stitches were gone, but not fully healed yet.
1st time than I heard his name...
Why some people hate him? Because he win? Yep he's GOAT
No game was bigger than Super Bowl 49 for Brady. That’s his number 1 moment. No doubt.
