Nice. Had a very simmilar pair of factory fitted jump seats in my old Mitsubishi Pajero, except there was no seat support brackets bolted to and extending across the floor, instead they had a clever swing out support fixed to the base of the seats.

Your toolbox would need to be no more than 10” high and 24” wide.
