Nothing breeds success but success! Whatever your political views, credit must be given to Prime Minister Andrew Holness and his administration for having this vision for St. Thomas..
0:52 this road is perhaps the best constructed road. Two lane in each direction for motorist separated by barrier . Adequate space for cyclists to ride on the shoulders. As well as for car to stop. Very good scenic view. And it as very good strategy location for pedestrian to cross by using the crossing and the beg button that signal when to go. The only thing missing is the lack of Curve ( sidewalk) in that section. I hope they correct it very soon as there is sufficient space for it to be incorporated. This road is the goal standard in Jamaica I must say.
Promising stuff for St. Thomas indeed. I think Albion should be converted into the next tourist area. It and Grants Pen; the land, area and scenery is there. They really ought to get the Cooper's Pen in Trelawny treatment.
Good Job Andrew holiness Mr.primer minister all the best to you sir Great Job sir one an peace to Jamaica Land we Love he is doing a wonderfull Job he is the great an best primer minister in the caribbean one Love sir Great Job all the best to you sir God bless you sir
St. Mary might now be the forgotten parish! Portland is getting ready to its own town development like Morant Bay! I really haven’t heard any news about any major developments happening in St. Mary.
Ummm, hello; the international airport?? St. Mary also has an urban town development planned in the future. If any parish is the closest to being forgotten right now, it's St. Elizabeth. Not much major developments are happening over there.
The airport has been there for ages, it was just recently certified to accept international flights for larger aircrafts. Where is the proposed town centre is being constructed and when is its anticipated start date? Airport is not new! I am talking new developments!
Be patient the PM ago drop a urban center in every parish in Jamaica just please ensure you vote him back in cause pnp coming to scrap all this to feed them supporters
@@karlhenry9031 You misinterpret. Yes the airport being international isn't new. But its recent developments, expansion and new flight routes are. They may be getting more buildings, facilities and fancier décor there soon to accommodate the increased traffic. While there isn't much else happening in St. Mary, the airport modernization development alone is one of the biggest things to happen on that side of the island.
We fought the good fight for Jamaica so it was a myths to call St Thomas the forgotten Parish hence people was just dark...the first will becomes the last and the last the first perfect Jacob and Esau story St Thomas 😂😂😂 last laughing best laughing 😂😂😂
Ttrue, St.Thomas was never forgotten it was neglected. We severly exploited: sand and aggregates, coffee, mangoes, ackee and other fruits, land ...you name it. This is the work Portia Simpsom-Miller, not Andrew Holness. Andrew and company watered it down. It is road that bring development, not the other way around😂😊

The gully drains and the sand and dirt clogging up the sidewalks! Not to mention the big trucks dropping shit on the road!
