I think this is either Houston Memorial (Closed 2012), Houston Antoine (Closed 2006), Houston Bellfort (Closed 1993), or Houston FM 1960 1 (Removed 2008-2009, relocated in 2018) which were all 3-Stages at the time.

This is Tallahassee Florida if you seen from Chuck E. Cheese highlight 1 from pizza am you could see how Helen has the same hair and same mask same with everyone else
