Today we're going to talk about typical warning sings of gaslighting.
Though I hope you never have to experience it, it is really common!
It happens all the time and it’s widely accepted but that doesn't mean that you have no choice but to go along with it.
The first obstacle is figuring out whether you are being gaslighted or not and that is what I'm covering in this video.
Once that's out of the way there are further steps you should take to guard yourself from it - more on that in my next video.
