Good idea to get two to compare. It's interesting the minute differences between the two in terms of quality. I'll confess I still don't quite understand how Fossil charges so much for their bags because they tend to look a little "pleathery" to me, but I'm admittedly picky about my leathers. I'd rather spend that kind of $ on a Dooney or Portland Leather, personally. I'd keep the one with the one major flaw because you might be able to use some sort of leather paint to tip over those spots. I can't unsee the large vertical scratch-like markings on the other one's facade.
