In the last few days, when stock prices plunged Retail investors sold $1 Billion. Institutional investors bought +$14 Billion. This is Market manipulation at its finest.
Short term price movement is largely manipulated by market makers and algos (and later justified by ANAL-lyst using bullshit reasons) ... e.g. driving prices down to scare and force weak holders to sell....its like a game of poker... bluff the weak hands to fold their cards so the pros can grab their money and their shares more cheaply.
As smart investors who understand the true value of the underlying business, we never let the current market price guide us into the quality and success of our investments... we allow the market to serve us. I have enlisted the services of a fiduciary who actively manages my portfolio to adapt to the current market conditions. This strategy has allowed me to navigate the financial landscape successfully, making informed decisions on when to buy and sell. Perhaps you should consider a similar approach.

I’m currently working towards financial freedom with a focus on dividends & growth investing. Since 2014, I’ve built a portfolio made up of 30% NVDA, 25% SCHD and over 40% in digital and alternative assets, thanks to my CFA. This strategy has helped me earn $56,000 a year in dividends. I think having an investment advisor is the way to go. I've been with one because I lack the expertise for the market. I made over $490K during the recent dip, highlighting that there's more to the market than we average folks know.
In recent years, a significant portion of the stock market’s returns have been driven by just a handful of companies that have come to be known as the “Magnificent 7.” (AAPL, MSFT, NVDA, GOOGL, AMZN, META, TSLA) I have about 300k ready money to invest for my eventual retirement. Which of these stocks do you suggest as 'healthiest' in terms of profit and loss?
Agreed! Working with an advisor helped me build a $1.6m portfolio. I maxed out my 401k, invested in properties, and tutored languages for 32 years ($200k/yr). Covid-19 lockdown led me to diversify with stocks & alternatives.

I've heard arguments that when companies are forced to break up their businesses in anti trust cases that their is actually a net benefit overall. It would be interesting to hear a video on this topic from you.
My biggest issue with Google stock is that, they have high percentage of stock based compensation and very oft spent money on projects, who are not financially "responsible".
My issue with them is that the CapEx is growing (and will still grow even further). They are investing heavily on AI and infrastructure, so this is bad for the FCF/Share in the short run and might play well for the long run. For me, I am out until I see CapEx start to be in better control.
Google reminds me of Meta bck in 2022 as it deopped massively below 100 before it rebounded like no tomorrow. surprisingly, ppl were happy paying 180s or 190s few few months on google but are hesitant tp buy below 155s
One thing I have learned about the stock market is that it is very very manipulated. It will not let investors know when it go up or down. It will always do the opposite what investors think it might do... If investors can figure out what the market is going to do, companies will go bankruptcy.... So I don't waste my time and energy to bother what the market is going to do...... for me .. Long & short-term trading is generally safer, allowing investors to weather market volatility. I have managed to grow a nest egg of around 210k to a decent 732k in the space of a few months... I'm especially grateful to Francine Duguay, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.
Francine goes deeper than just looking at surface-level trends. she explores technical, fundamental, and sentiment analysis, offering a comprehensive perspective on the market..
You nailed it with the hearing aids stigma, I have many family members suffering from hearing loss. Some have hearing aids worth thousands of dollars, others who can't afford them or don't want to be seen with ugly devices, this could be a game changer. It was my biggest wow with Apple today. This is an actual real life usage for so many people, no need to be tech savvy, no AI prompt, no watch dictating how you should live your life, a simple test and voilà! You can now hear better and not be ashamed to wear them. Wow.
The key question regarding Google Cloud is how its growth compares to other major players in the market. It's important to look at growth in context, especially in a rapidly expanding market like cloud computing where simply growing isn't enough to gauge success.
@Joseph: ok Google search revenue keeps growing, 14% YoY - 8:20. But how about the competition? If Propensity, Bing etc., grow at a much (and accelerated?) faster rate and eat into Google market share, one may reasonably expect an inflection point in Google search revenue growth rate to happen - perhaps quite soon..?
Keep selling call options weekly or monthly for a higher premium. 😅 It's very hard to get out of the norm of saying 'just Google it..' back to 'just search it..' ??? I can't fathom to go back. People just won't go back. Btw I really think it's up to the consumer themselves to decide to default Google products or not. Most likely it's the game the fed and KhanLina that jealous about it because they didn't get enough profit from corporate America by taxation now they're after their entire business' and wish to destroy it all so others have a chance to reign. Retail investor didn't dump Jo, the others did. Great video and analysis btw. Love it.
I am currently a student researcher at a uni in Germany focusing on brain computer interfaces. Apple has patents for miniaturised EEGs incorporated into the airpods themselves, I believe this can be really big in the future. You are definitely right in apple becoming more and more of a healthcare (more like consumer grade health data) company
Another 'future' for Google is their phone and accessories line. Most reviews of the new 9 are stacking it up with iPhones and beating in some areas. With Gemeni now at the heart of their phones I could see future releases taking a bite out of the Apple pie.
Good analysis. My position is much higher than yours. I probably should lighten up a little. But I agree with you in the long term its prospects are very good. And the recent intro of dividends do make it easier to hold and wait until things settle.
I think investors should always put their cash to work, especially In 2024, we'll start to see more market diversification. I'm hoping to invest about $350k of my savings in stocks against next year. Hope to make millions in 2024.,..
Since risk is at an all-time high right now, perhaps you should be a little more patient and return when it has decreased. Alternatively, you can consult a trained financial expert for strategy.
Well that might be true unless CapEx spiral out of control with them trying to outspend competitors with the AI race with very limited actual revenue coming out of it. The management is somewhat questionable. I brought last year in $120-130 thought it a good buy. Everything tech and mag 7 went up except this dud and TSLA😢
Sales growth and return on equity and operating margins inprovement does not indicate they are not a monopoly. It does mean they are growing. But if they are nailed down for being a monopoly, return on equity and sales growth won't mean squat once they are broken up. This is a surprisingly defective video made by this provider. I'm extremely surprised because I had respected this provider until this moment.
If the company is split up in order to "break up" a monopoly, any shareholders on record will receive the new shares of the stock that is created for the new company. You will not lose anything because you still own the exact same thing you previously owned. If anything, you as a shareholder would benefit from a monopoly being split up. I can't think of an example of a monopoly being split into different companies that didn't eventually improve returns for shareholders. I can think of a few examples where the shareholders have made much more in returns after the company was split up. Everyone I have seen covering this has essentially said the same thing.
@@ThatonedudeCR12956 I agree, but the creator of this video didn't say anything like that. He said how strong they are in relation to sales growth etc... and how they will basically shrug off the accusations because of their revenue. BUT the time period between being ordered to split the company and until it happens would most likely result in significant share price losses. So it is a gamble for the average investor with a timeline of 5 years or less.
22% is nothing, do you look at any of the rest of market even or just tech? You have auto, farm equipment, commodities, energy stocks down up to 80% year to date, outside of tech its a train wreck.
Hi Joseph, I'm really enjoying your videos and insights. With the Google lawsuits by the DOJ, do you see any risk to Google's business if they lose the lawsuits? The DOJ has suggested breakup of google is on the table, after all. Interested to hear your thoughts!

I like Google but I have to say that since GPT 4 I am not searching by Google anymore. GPT is much better at the moment because Googles AI is not good enough yet. Cloud, YT and subscriptions will be the drivers.
Hopefully their stock based compensation will grow less than their recenues aswell. I am a bit nervous for the laswsuit but still think Google is a great business
Google can drop for a while and I’m still green so I’m glad I stuck to my analysis and safety margin for a few years ago. I’ll do the same during this dip to see if it comes in a nice price target.

All tapped out. Can’t buy more with no more money. Haha
Thanks Joseph for your clear and thorough analysis of the underlying strengths of Google 👍
Google maps mapped the world I thought that they were CIA. I saw their intrusive cars with the 360 camera driving all over our streets = capx
usb-c, colors, & a button 🤣🤣🤣
Buh-enn?😂 or button?
I bought some today.
Hey joe I've been following the Kardashians for a while you should make videos like them
One thing I have learned about the stock market is that it is very very manipulated.
Francine duguay program is widely available online..
The market has gone berserk! whether you're a newbie or a veteran trader, everyone needs a sort of coach at some point to thrive forward.
Francine goes deeper than just looking at surface-level trends. she explores technical, fundamental, and sentiment analysis, offering a comprehensive perspective on the market..
The clarity and precision in Francine market predictions are astounding. I'm so grateful to have found her reviews here on UA-cam as well.
the internet is filled with so many useful information about Francine Duguay
at what price will you be adding more in? you said you think it’s a buy but that you’re not buying yet
Looks like there’s a support line at $130
Adding at 145, this market has an unreal amount of sidelined cash including myself and I hate having USD be my number 1 holding.
When everyone is bullish (see: comments section) and the stock keeps going down, proceed with caution.
Wow.
Hi Joseph - Great content as always. Wanted to know what is the name of the screen capture software that you use?
I bought 990 shares of Google at $166 a share. I knew it was a good decision, but it's always nice to get confirmation. Thanks Joseph 👍
300 shares at 183….ill be waiting a while
Wow you must be rich
@@mkan38 haha.
It’s fun to pretend you spent $150,000 dollars 🥰🧢

The key question regarding Google Cloud is how its growth compares to other major players in the market. It's important to look at growth in context, especially in a rapidly expanding market like cloud computing where simply growing isn't enough to gauge success.
@Joseph: ok Google search revenue keeps growing, 14% YoY - 8:20. But how about the competition? If Propensity, Bing etc., grow at a much (and accelerated?) faster rate and eat into Google market share, one may reasonably expect an inflection point in Google search revenue growth rate to happen - perhaps quite soon..?
I really went overboard on Google. I'm such a loser.
Same
Ditto
No you did not it’s google you will be ok
You're gonna be fine.
I'd say, buy more. Get the DCA average down. Because it will go up. I might soon buy more too!
Keep selling call options weekly or monthly for a higher premium. 😅
It's very hard to get out of the norm of saying 'just Google it..' back to 'just search it..' ???
I have iphone 11, and will not upgrade until iphone 20. If Apple watch will have Glucose monitor I will buy it
Solid video Joseph. Thanks for the update.
It might recover but not as fast as NVidia grows.
Already loaded up on Google contracts expiring January 2026, the gains are gonna be crazyyyy
All the layoffs didn’t work.. time for more layoffs perhaps
Another 'future' for Google is their phone and accessories line. Most reviews of the new 9 are stacking it up with iPhones and beating in some areas. With Gemeni now at the heart of their phones I could see future releases taking a bite out of the Apple pie.
What is your buying valuation on Google?
I will say going with people who know how to use the genie to the max, it's so so worth it
Added today below 148. Another gap around 143
Added at 149.69 looking for 145 next and I’ll buy 2 shares for 290.
How can cloud be in profit when they are spending 44b a year in cap x , mostly on … cloud?
It is simple. Revenue in Cloud today is even higher.😅
What a amazing nice Video. Thank you❤
Hi joseph, does qualtrim provide RSI value for the stock as well?
Great video as always.
Good analysis. My position is much higher than yours. I probably should lighten up a little. But I agree with you in the long term its prospects are very good. And the recent intro of dividends do make it easier to hold and wait until things settle.
I keep buying and it keeps going down lol
Good learning on how to analyse a stock
Nice analysis Joseph
I think investors should always put their cash to work, especially In 2024, we'll start to see more market diversification. I'm hoping to invest about $350k of my savings in stocks against next year. Hope to make millions in 2024.,..
Since risk is at an all-time high right now, perhaps you should be a little more patient and return when it has decreased. Alternatively, you can consult a trained financial expert for strategy.
Google has to fire that useless CEO
a long time ago
and 50% of the employees
Would you ever do a setup vid? Always looking at the background table.
22% is nothing, do you look at any of the rest of market even or just tech? You have auto, farm equipment, commodities, energy stocks down up to 80% year to date, outside of tech its a train wreck.
Amazing content
Its not down that much yet, it is just trading at fairvalue chill.
Excellent
Is Google a good buy? Obviously, I’m adding more shares…
I shorted the stock after the retest below the 200. I'm pretty happy about it, look out below!!!
I don't short stocks, but I'm considering buying the inverse Google etf GGLS
Long Googl, for alot of what you discussed. A true pillar of my portfolio & I look forward to my continued DCAing on weakness. Great video Joseph 🙏🏾
Isn’t google like anti trust vulnerable Microsoft in the mid 1990s ?
curious your thoughts on e.l.f., which has taken quite the beating in recent weeks
Color me convinced. I had already bought 25 shares from today's session but I'll switch to a 2 year leap instead.
Thanks for Editing the thumbnail. 😂

Hi Joseph, I'm really enjoying your videos and insights. With the Google lawsuits by the DOJ, do you see any risk to Google's business if they lose the lawsuits? The DOJ has suggested breakup of google is on the table, after all. Interested to hear your thoughts!
Brilliant analysis.
Purchasing a stock may seem straightforward, but selecting the correct stock without a proven strategy can be exceedingly challenging. I've been working on expanding my $210K portfolio for a while, and my primary obstacle is the lack of clear entry and exit strategies. Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I wonder if Apple mentioned if the airpods will increase in volume by itself. Using AI. Anyone know?
I like Google but I have to say that since GPT 4 I am not searching by Google anymore. GPT is much better at the moment because Googles AI is not good enough yet. Cloud, YT and subscriptions will be the drivers.
So sad!!!
Good info
I'm still on Iphone 8 :/
Has anyone asked you to cover PLTR ? Would you ?
Thanks Joseph your awesome❤
Hopefully their stock based compensation will grow less than their recenues aswell. I am a bit nervous for the laswsuit but still think Google is a great business
Just imagine one second what could be UA-cam IPO. It would be even better for Alphabet.
Google can drop for a while and I’m still green so I’m glad I stuck to my analysis and safety margin for a few years ago. I’ll do the same during this dip to see if it comes in a nice price target.
