Hi everyone! In this video I present a simple and very tasty courgette recipe! Fried courgettes in batter accompanied by a tasty caper sauce are perfect for an aperitif or starter! Your family will love zucchini made this way! In just a few minutes and with very few ingredients you can prepare delicious courgettes that are impossible to resist! One leads to another! Ingredients:
-4 zucchini
-3 eggs
-100 g of flour
-Salt, pepper, paprika
- Olive oil
For the sauce:
-3 tbsp of mayonnaise
-1 tablespoon of cappers
-1 teaspoon of mustard
- Half onion.

You can make just with flour no eggs, pay attention than should be dense the mix… not too liquid so can stay on the zucchini😋 will be a bit different, but they will be delicious anyways

Probably tastes good, but how is it not fast food? Its still deep fried.
Potatos are good for you too, cant see why fried zuchini cant be vastly different from regular french fries. Unless its different nutrition wise.
