Hello, those 2 dresses light blue and almond will fit for 27 waist? How’s the arm section is it tight? I would like to order these since is available.

You mean 27 inch? Those 2 colors are looser on the waist, they would probably fit a 26" waist. I took them in about 1 to 1.5 inches in the waist myself. The arms are tight, but there is elastic. Also I have big arms LOL so if you have skinny arms you should be fine!
