My God…how much science is there in making gulab jamun. Whenever I get to making it, I will check the recipe once again. I don’t make sweets often, because my husband is diabetic and I also had pre diabetes, (it improved after I lost weight) but enjoyed watching.

Wish you and your lovely Happy Janmashtami!!! We prepare bhog mostly made of poha like sweet and spicy poha. Paayasa, chakkuli, Kodubale, Koshambir. We do not eat rice and rice items that day. We offer butter along with prepared bhog with tulasi to Lord Krishna.
Whole gujrat me bahut barish ho rahi he.. neelam bura mat manna but jab itna barish ho raha ho tab delivery boy se apne shokh ke liye aese cake mat mangavaya kariye... Hum car me gumte he but vo log 2 wheelers use karte he aur bahut jyada barish se hote huae delivery dene aate he... Emergency na ho to aesi barish me unhe pareshna nahi karna chahiye... Baki aap to cake badhiya hi bana te ho...
