The hardest thing in my eyes would be to get it tight & clean (without unnecessary flailing) and that takes practice, because the pace is quite fast. Alma Pemo they all look very skinny but it’s most likely due to the intense dancing paired with intense schedule . It’s basically a work out and they are burning a lot of fat . I am sure they are eating healthy enough to have this amount of strength and energy .
