Kobalt 9 drawer workstation: drawers won't open

Brand new Kobalt 9 drawer mobile workstation had 5 drawers that wouldn't open when the lock was turned to the open position with the key. The 4 right drawers did open, but the 4 left and top drawers were stuck closed. Problem: lift bar had fallen off the tab during transport. Solution: flip cabinet over and gravity will allow you to open the drawers. Flip back over and remove drawers to put lift bar back on. Have a great day.
