It's Half-Playback. She is singing live over the Playback from CD. It sounds okay, but it would sound better if she was using In-Ear-Monitoring. She doesn't use them while this performance. Plus the In-Ears are protecting your own hearing. After many years without it you can have a hearing impairment.
