LAMB SHANKS | EASY LAMB SHANK RECIPE | HOW TO COOK LAMB SHANKS

2 Lamb shanks
1 Onion
1 Tsp Crushed garlic
1 Tsp Cumin seeds
2 Celery sticks (chopped)
3 Bay Leaves
1/2 Red pepper (diced)
1/2 Green Pepper (diced)
1 Tbsp Black pepper (or as needed)
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 Cup Red Wine
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp Steakhouse sauce
240g Tomato Puree
1 Tbsp Curry paste
2 Beef stock cubes
250ml Hot water
1 Spring of Rosemary
3 stems Fresh parsley (finely chopped)
