Yes it is! We are so close we go quite often in the warmer months.
Soaking up all the sun we can, it definitely fills me up with energy. Definitely ready for spring.
After a few months of agonizing back and hip pain, (not even my massage specialist or chiropractor could help) It's finally decent enough to get some walking in. That's helping, but after doing some researching and reading, and past experiences, i noticed that doing core workouts ALWAYS helps my back pain. Planks, pushups, crunches work the best for me. 🤦♀️ I am so bad about putting myself first, so doing these exercises daily doesn't really happen. What does count, is the few day's a week that i do make time, it is definitely helping the pain. Along with really good stretching, especially targeting our hip flexors.
Girl, this back problems are real. I sneezed and tweak my back. 🤣😂🤣😂 Summer is coming, we definitely need to take care of ourselves because these season is so darn short.
Yes the reaching for toilet paper and the back going out- been there after ripping out a house full of carpet 🤦🏼♀️. Have you looked into “posterior chain” exercises? Much what you say helps you but even more specific- skydivers, squats, rainbows, bench dips, chair squats, one legged toe touches…. Look up posterior chain workout and do it 3x a week. It’s helping us so much!! Strengthening our core and posterior chain so our backs aren’t u see so much strain.
I agree- when I was at my strongest (core strength racing motocross) I had the least back pain. But also I raced motocross so I had more back pain from crashes- but the strength I had helped so much!!! Hope you are feeling good! 🌻🌻🌻
@@RowesRising i use to love working out, but as I get older, I have learned to dislike it. 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣 Now I just do what little i need to strengthen my core. Walking/hiking is about the only thing i enjoy anymore.
We've all been battling either a head cold or possibly some allergies. Not sure, but it's sucking the life put of us. Changing of the seasons, it has its good and bad things about it. 2 yr old little girl that's sick is especially dramatic. 🤣😂🤦♀️

I can’t believe your Walmart haul was so much money! I haven’t been there in months and I just so happened to stop today since my daughters birthday is Tuesday. I almost died when I saw my total…all I bought was some produce to restock for the week, and some cheese and sour cream. It was over 100 bucks! Grocery prices are just insane 😬😭
Hillary it’s robbery! I cannot believe they can get away with price gouging us.🥴 I also remembered I left a box of snacks in the van that wasn’t included in the haul as well as the 2 other cases of mineral water😅😅. Thanks for watching!!
Hey Katie. Funny story. My husband and I are starting a channel and he’s been watching channels that will be similar to what we are wanting to do except he’s looking on Rumble. He sent me a link to a channel over there he wanted me to watch and it was your channel. I told him that yours is the channel whose link I used to buy our freeze drier and whose videos it is that I play on my IPad all the time. I just thought it was so funny of all the channels he sends me a link to it was yours.

It’s not a sieve but if you ever replace your mill the Komo mio has an extra fine setting and it works awesome.
That’s awesome!! Thanks for letting us know. I mill my flour at the finest setting with my Komo but still need to sift the bran as it can cut the gas bubbles in the bread and pastries making it more dense. Not as light as flour with most of the bran removed. It’s much more dense with the bran.🌻🌻🌻🌻

@RowesRising here in VA we've had some really nice days in 70's, but back to chilly 45 degrees today. Finally seeing sunshine after all the wildfires here in Page County this week. Looking forward to playing in dirt.
Page County isn’t too far from Augusta County where we grew up and both our fathers still live in the Shenandoah Valley.

Great video! Oregon is so pretty. Have never been. Is there any truth to the rumors that Oregon is trying to ban home gardens? Ever since DAVOS, there has been a lot of talk from the “experts” that home gardening is doing more harm than industrial gardening, which is why I’m adding onto my garden because they have something up their sleeves.
Yes and they are trying to ban raising our own livestock!! Not my choice to live here even though it’s so beautiful- the politics are silly! 🌻🌻🌻
