I have a NeoMag, works as advertised. IMO the snag mag has too much going on, plus with the potential to pull the whole thing out if not properly secured, nope.
I have the snagmag and the clib didn't work at all. The whole contraption would come out when I tried to pull the mag out. I applied a bit of plastdip to the clip and that did the trick. I want to try the neomag though...
Good comparison! Personally, I'm looking into getting an ExtraCarry pocket magazine sheath. It's similar in size to the Snag mag with a stronger clip, and it gives full coverage of the bullets unlike the NeoMag.
The neomag sits way above the mag so you'll never see any bullets sticking out of ur pocket, they also have a deeper carry option. Neomag or nothing else
I have 2 NeoMags, one for my Shield9 and one for my XDs45. Awesome gear and I highly recommend it. I don’t use them for my Glocks because I don’t want to carry a double stack magazine in my pocket. I’m sure people do it, just not for me.
I have been using a strike industries glock mag extension with a pocket clip. After 4 months of everyday use I didn't see much lint at all. I get more dust on my gun especially on surfaces where it catches dust falling down like the optic glass. The mag with the rounds facing down doesn't seem to catch dust or lint. Only thing is the top round is showing surface oxidation but I don't think it will affect funtion. I'll shoot it soon to check.
I work for NeoMag, I'm the sales and marketing guy. Thanks for being a customer and taking the time to compare us to the competition 👍🏻
Hey Dusty, You are certainly welcome. I am interested in testing more of your product line, let me know if you would like to that.
Love the shirt!
I haven't tried either but the snag mag site says to apply rearward pressure when drawing. Probably to help ensure the hook catches on your pocket.

Which neomag did you get. I have a shield 45.
L-O-V-E your shirt !!!!! ☺
Thanks, it's pretty cool and a conversation starter when I shop at Trader Joe's.
Any concern with the Neo that pocket material might get in the magazine/top rounds and impact functioning once in the gun?
I'm not sure what you are asking. Both holders hang freely from the clip and at least in my pants don't hit the bottom of the pocket. Does that help?
@@toolskool I think he’s asking about pocket lint etc…

Snag mag isn't ambidextrous
Agreed, the Snagmag is not ambidextrous.
That's why you can select left or right handed.
