@@DetroitTintStudio the first Blazer had the customer coming back.. I did them like 4 times. So frustrating, but now I try to cut them after install. Seems to work better for me 🤷🏾♂️

the rubber presses right on the edge on the boarder so you hardly have any space to lay the film on the glass before it hits that edge. cuts need to be very close
@@DetroitTintStudiooh ok i was looking forward to youre video i just add another camara lol the sony zv1 so i have 4 camara stationary and the sony rxoii for chest mount or the go pro it work great with all my sony cámaras but the go pro it flicks some times i try to see if the go pro mod but is not also i try the cable ans is not but when i face the go pro slightly down it fine im trying to figure out here but for my sony rxoii it perfect no flicking no delay what so ever but yeah i like how small ans compact is i definitely recommend it but yeah man if you ever want to talk by phone on face time let me know so we could talk more about the tech lol and stuff
Quick question Tint Studio: I lay the tint down and everything is perfect but there is like dried up water/soap in between the window and tint and it makes the window look dirty. But I can’t clean in between obviously because I laid the tint already. How do I fix this?! Lol
Be sure to get it squeegee down before laying the film. Flush it all down with the slip solution. I use a single edge blade then scuff then squeegee down. Then spray a generous amount of solution to push it all down. Sounds like you didn't clean the glass completely and left a "railroad track".
@@robertl955 after you blade it and sometimes I will use a clay bar in between blade-ing and squeegee right before you go to peel. If you don't have a peel board and you use the outside of the vehicle's glass to peel be sure to treat that as a glass that is being filmed before making your pattern. I use my tint squeegee to do my final clean. You want to be clean on both sides of the glass so spray a very light mist around your work area thats near the film. Do that before you clean the glass by spraying glass down, scrub the field area of the glass and scrape the edges on the face side of the glass then squeegee clean till glass is somewhat dry the mist glass last time before the film is applied. Now this mist is a heavier mist to run anything small (bubble makers) to the bottom of the glass. Be sure this pass is squeegeed dry. Now the pattern is cut and any clean up cuts have already been completed. Spray class the glass heavy and open the felt on the door panel to push any last bubble makers that could may have escaped the prepped process down past the area of the glass being filmed. Its an extra 2 minutes of time that is not needed 9 times out of 10 installs but 20 minutes spent on 10 installs is less time it takes making sure every tint job is clean and not having to be re-done. Because you can't do a "peel and re-tint" in less time than the time wasted on prep.
@@punktalley Thanks for the detailed response, it's greatly appreciated. Perhaps you can help me with one more item that I'm having trouble with, how can I keep from cutting up the outside rubber when cutting the outline of the tint lol. I see everyone say just lift the blade 1 click, but I always seem to go into the rubber for some reason.
Hello, congratulations on the perfect work, can I have information about the foil that protects the crusts from getting wet, what exactly is this foil, I see that it is very easy to attach to the crust.?

both the ones I did have atleast a half square inch of air in them right now 😭

You're not lying doing my 2013 Fusion sucked for a first time car
The remind me of the Ford Fusion front quarters
this one is much tighter
@2:40 Using the customers window, as a cutting board? How do you avoid scratching the window glass?
make sure to use stainless steel blade
Yup.. stainless steel blade won’t scratch it.
Make sure you hold your blade as flat as possible too.
The best Video 👍
Do you have a vid of doing the front windows for this Lincoln?
Love your content buddy, but just one question. Why you put your used blades on the floor??? :)))
keeps me light on my toes!
Everyone does.
In window tint school everyone did.
What kind of camera are you using? Is it a body camera like an Axon body camera or is it a head mounted camera?
What about vehicles that have no rubber seal? Like 97 expedition
Where did u get that small Squeegee from to fit that window
Thanks
Awesome dude
What is that orange squeegee called? And where can I buy it? I can’t tint my quarter windows good. My squeegees are too big.
WHERE DO YOU BUY THE DOOR PANEL PLASTIC COVERINGS ?
Carpet cover. Not made for cars it’s just sticky painters stuff for carpets
Did you open the door panel for front window?
are you using claybar on the glass?
yes, they are great for cleaning
Stainless steel razor scratched mine quarter window...
So you don’t have to shrink the film on those little quarter windows?
No I did this on a Ford Fusion - I didn't and worked perfectly without shrinking.
Hey bro really need some pointers on tinting a back window on a civic hatch has some aggressive round corners
