    For PFI initiative, Singapore Inc can take up 100% stake of HSR SG-KL, 100% controlled by SG. Singapore is virtually owning the route from Singapore to KL for only SGD30 billion.

    *International laws* are very clear on the South China Sea:
    - parts of it belong to some ASEAN countries, including Malaysia 🇲🇾,
    - the rest of it is the international water,
    - no part of it belongs to China🇨🇳 or Taiwan🇹🇼.

      It does, it will actually lower our cost of living by reducing the number of customer in Singapore. Overall, it extends our hinterland up north, which we should.

      More singaporean bosses will open companies in KL and retrench most of Singapore staffs and increase their profit margin 3 folds 😂 and rental reduced 60% and office space increase 40%

      Singaporeans can high-speed to Genting Highlands instead of a slow drive. Malaysians can also high-speed to Singapore to take over "Singaporean jobs" so that Singaporeans can R&R in Genting. 😊

    the SEZ is actually just a a great property sale in Malaysia's POV as the current agong has high stakes in Forest City so Anwar has to please him to survive till next election. 😂😂

    Malaysia got to first solve their flooding issues before thinking about building the HSR.

      Estimated cost to mitigate flood is RM392 billion. Cost of SG-KL is estimated RM100 billion. So it means it will never get built for a very very long time.

    Whatever you want for cooperation with Msia, firstly can I suggest you improve the routes to and fro sin-msia. Don't talk too much where you can't make smoother rides for workers and visitors.

      If we own 50% of the company, we are collecting ticket sales and land sales my dear. Its unfathomable the busiest air route in the world wouldn't be a profitable as a HSR.
