Any METFORMIN medication should be from the extended release only (it will say ER on your bottle) the regular strength METFORMIN will make you quite sick. And also the METFORMIN ER releases more slowly into the system and lasts longer
SUGGESTION: Use Cronometer instead of MyFitnessPal. Cronometer shows intake of so many more vitamins and minerals than MyFitnessPal does. Examples include magnesium, manganese, the B vitamins, copper, zinc, and selenium. There's a LOT more to eating healthy than complying with a daily calorie limit.

411 isn’t that far from, 400. If weight loss is what you’re going for, you’re already so close to being out of the 400’s and into the 3’s. You can do it. The reason I don’t push weight loss on you is because, the up and downs are bad arguably worse than maintaining a higher number for your heart. I’m looking into ketamine therapy since gastric bypass has helped a lot to reduce my size but it starts in the mind so there’s still a sickness and struggle that’s locked deep within me that’s much bigger than, just eat a salad or, wanting to be different… will lyk how it goes xx 💋
I'm glad you are trying again... I've been there. Threw the scale out after I went over 300 pounds, so I understand. I'm maintaining on a balance between intermittent fasting, military diet, and a carb load day every now & again. You can lose it and keep it off. Just tell yourself never again to the backside of 400 and that's a start. Once you are out of the 400's it's 15 pound increments... So the next goal would be 385 and never go over again. It's worked for me. I hit 230 and I know it's time to go into serious mode again...works every time.

I substitute Greek yogurts for my iced cream. There's a big list of substitutions for the diet. Grapefruit = any citrus fruit. Apple = applesauce or small fiber bar. Cheese = cream cheese/string cheese/cottage cheese. Toast = half a bagel/English muffin/tortilla. Nut Butter = peanut/almond/cashew... Tuna = any fish or substitute chickpeas! It's easy and simple. Just alternate the diet days with a fasting day or a "cheat day" with low carbs. I still ate sweets and pastas. I just ate those on "off" days. The weight fell off. No exercise other than dancing in the kitchen while cleaning.

Losing weight sucks, it will be worth it! I have been waterfasting and it is ridiculously effective. By eating 2 days of the week and drinking electrolyte water, I lose 10 pounds religiously monthly. I am down 70lbs now after 7 months. It is in our biology to fast, our ancestors would go for long periods of time without food and our bodies naturally rev up for the "hunt". Our bodies feed off the Ketones while fasting and eventually hunger subsides after 48 hours. When re-feeding, I am in a massive caloric deficit (6000 calories) and can eat anything I want. Keep in mind that it is that the struggle will be temporary. The results are permanent! No matter what you choose, it is good, you are choosing life! You are supported and not alone ❣
