The garden of Christie.

Dagfinn Moe, botanist and professor emeritus, is full of excitement about a small booklet in the Special Collections.
Wilhelm Frimann Koren Christie himself (1778-1849) acquired a small garden in Fridalen behind what is today Brann Stadium. In the booklet, he has drawn and described in detail how he made this garden with benches, bridges and plants.
The garden was only for the use of the city's "better" people.
