I sprayed some brake parts cleaner first to on the tracks and rollers. Let it dry then lubed it. I did that because I did it wrong and lubed the tracks before and I believe the brake parts cleaner may have cleaned it up
White lithium is not only used but is one of the recommended lubricants for garage doors so I’m genuinely curious why you don’t recommend it? Also I don’t work on garage doors just have been doing maintenance research recently.

I would recommend keeping the garage ventilated with the Zula ventilation to have air circulation and avoid potential mold.
White lithium grease is an absolute NO on hinges and rollers. Use a product labeled GARAGE DOOR LUBRICANT
