The video is cute and well done. It may help some people. But the dialogue is so innacurate. I mean, the check in clerk does not ask your flight number or your suitcase weight! They ask for you passport and tickets and ask you to put the suitcase on the scale. People end up learning a lot of things they are never going to use. I would suggest a change for something more modern and close to a real situation.
