I hadn't thought about it but someone on the thread mentioned he may be quarantined since Mia tested positive for the virus.
I was glad
I’m just not into Keith. Happy without him
I hope kane gets up to 50 total eliminations in the royal rumble b4 he completely retires
I wouldn't mind Edge vs McIntyre, but Edge vs Reigns has such a nice ring to it.
Edge even at his age. Is a bigger star a better in ring and mic-worker than most of the roster FACTS... This man was told that he would NEVER wrestle again... He Undoubtedly deserves this 👍🏼... Big UP on Edge...
He's better then most in all promotions.
Edge is box office...who wouldn't want Edge vs Drew plus he's given a chance to win his title back he never lost. Besides I see Edge putting over younger talent like Jericho
Asuka was essentially just being used as a prop to push Charlotte Flair
I'm glad that you mentioned that the Steiner Math actually added up. It makes me feel like you saw my comment last time
The order of the women’s royal rumble entries was too ordered, rivals and tag teams would come out right after each other. I also wish Alicia did at least one Northern Lights Supkex
Edge winning is like opening gifts in the Christmass morning.
Is it
Ya know I thought that Jeff was still in the match since the refs technically didn’t see him get eliminated
Did anyone else see Jeff Hardy climb over the barricade after being eliminated?
Ya maybe he was injured or he has angle left as wwe can say referees did not see his elimination as they were on randy edge brawl
Lol I noticed that too. Jeff was like “Aight. Imma head out.”
@@jitinnair9689 i dont think he was injured, i think he was kinda glad it was over and wanted to hit the showers as soon as possible lol
@@timkruse9912 he was in there for like a minute thirty, don't think he needs to hit the showers
Richochet - specifically fails a rumble qualifying match. Enters the rumble.
Jey Uso - opens an episode of smackdown declaring his entry which is confirmed by wwe. No where to be found.
Nice one wwe!
That jackhammer from Goldberg looked like crap
truth
at least he didn’t break his neck
@@RoadsterExpress very true!
When I saw him going for it the one against the Undertaker flashed through my mind - I actually said to my daughter "Well, At least he didn't drop Drew on his neck"
Which was Drews fault by the way. He didn't keep his legs straight and threw the move off balance
Carlito is the fuggin man. Good to see him again
Christian is back 🥺🥳😭
I honestly think Ricochet took Keith Lee's place in the Rumble as he's likely in quarantine.
carlito looked great i wanna see him do more matches in WWE
"Feeling good...is good" Simon Miller 2021
I don't know if it was my imagination, but I'm pretty sure one of the commentators said that Edge became the third wrestler to win the Royal Rumble by entering the first. That means they counted Chris Benoit.
Dude, 1st - Shawn Micheals, 2nd - Rey Mysterio, 3rd - Edge. Benoit did not enter 1st when he won the rumble.
@@tejaspatel-qy5xg Rey entered 2nd (kinda the same) but Benoit did enter at 1st.
It's like saying that Mr. McMahon is also included in that list because he won the 99 RR entering at 2nd
at this point simon is nit picking to give wwe downs like that nioami spot did not deserve a down🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
Seriously
Yeah that Naomi spot was awesome. I legit thought she was done at that point but then the recovery happened and it was really cool!
Did u actually listen?
Is no-one talking about how quickly Randy Orton recovered from his burns in 6 days.
He has powers to heal himself
Was wondering how Simon missed it 😂
Edge and Christian reunion made me shade a tear and that rarely happens.
And put damn Rhea Ripley on Raw and let her beat Charlotte clean this time, she had a star making performance this Rumble. And glad that Bianca is getting pushed she should win at mania in another dream match against Sasha banks.
Edge’s win made me jump out of my chair with my hands in the air, and I haven’t reacted at anything on WWE TV like that in years.
But why I mean what is the audience for the show these days why don't they put over newer talent my kids don't have a clue who edge is
@@scorpionsytvee8099 90% of WWE fans right now are guys that watch wwe long time. i dont think todays kids watching wwe
Burial of young talent continues
I shed a tear for him
@@Herbert_Rudolf yeah but that's wwes fault what about the kids of older fans who will watch it in 10 years wwe is killing itself by putting over old stars the heads of the company remember instead of the future stars
What a great rumble this was even with no crowd it was amazing especially with edge winning hopefully setting up the dream match edge vs Roman
@Truth Hurts Edge will refuse to win from Roman Reigns becoz he doesn't wants to break Roman's momentum.
@Truth Hurts Fucking good! Edge should NEVER win the title again. Hes old and boring now
@@destroyerofmorons No that would be Chris Jericho, plus the belt doesn't mean anything because even Daniel Bryan has won it
@@destroyerofmorons no give edge the title for longest rain in history maybe 5 year's because he's better wrestler then most in all promotions he even make omega look shit.
@@destroyerofmorons boring is that why he gets a better reaction than 90% than of the current roster
He didn’t even acknowledge DB getting thrown out and in lame fashion
Yep. That was deflating.
@Tyrone JR Seth Rollins
I hope Edge challenges Reigns, that’s a match I’d love to see
Either of the championship titles would be great
A true battle of the spears
Hopefully the world heavyweight belt is brought back in a way that Roman taunts Edge to make him yearn for that championship more
It has to be Reigns. McIntyre would make no sense there's no story to be told
Roman keeps doubting if edge still can go. He targets the neck. He even makes edge question his abilities
Fun fact Kane was entrance no.18 last night and aswell this was his 18 participation in the RR
This was actually his 20th appearance
@@jimmy_the_squid9456 the 97 and 98 weren't as Kane
@@Plastic0Demon it's the same man so they still count
Edge winning the rumble was really deserving
That Edge and Christian moment got me 😢😢 Also Simon is the best. Can we just have a video of him describing his dinner?
The woman’s battle royal was AWESOME. Very well done...except for the 24/7 interruption. Someone looked over the card and thought it would be cute to interrupt 1 match of the 5 matches on the night with that nonsense and they picked this one...sigh...DOWN.
Simon the type of guy who would see you struggling to carry your groceries in and offer to help
Golden up for comment
And he’ll give you a random down because you whole milk instead of 2%
Rhea Ripley, is really great she needs a bigger push as well..
Hope she goes to raw
she should have won
Watching the show, a couple of singles matches kinda popped into my mind that I'd like to see (if they haven't happened already). Morrison/Ricochet and Riddle/Nakamura.
Had the exact same thought
Morrison and ricochet will probably not be as good as when they faced off against each other in Lucha Underground
Tbh u should have given RR vs KO golden up KO just risked his life .....also WWE did the car spot first
Rhea Ripley committed an Anime SIN!! You don't attack someone mid transformation!
the false finish at the end of roman vs Kevin had me until the second ref came out and counted to 6 only to abandon the count and let Paul take his time with the cuffs , would've rather never saw the second ref. And to make it worse after all that drama roman just got up choked Kevin out for the 10 count. If it was easy roman should've ended it long ago
The match was awesome, botch was unfortunate so complaining about it is like hard to, I won't change the greatness of match decrease due to the botch
@@jitinnair9689 definitely agree match was great , Simon just triggered me a bit by kinda skipping over the 2nd ref situation
The reigns match was good but the ending got botched. If anyone noticed when the second ref came in he started counting and stopped counting at like 6 because Paul Heyman hadn't unlocked reigns yet!
Lol that was funny, I had a feeling that woukd happen.
They could’ve improvised and used heelish tactics. Like tell the ref to stop counting, scare him almost. That would’ve made it make sense. It is what it is and the match was brilliant nevertheless
If you didn't notice roman was back up on he's feet but bent over.
@@chriscollins550 ye they did say he was at vertical posture and so it counted. Think they were just trying to justify it tho. I’m just glad that there was no interference. I know the match was predictable but there times that I thought Kevin was gonna win and that’s what I wanted. The match is deffo gonna be a contender for Match Of The Year!!!
@@matthewtowriss3253 roman was if you go back and watch it. It still was to long getting roman free. But that most likely why the match ended in the way it did.
Bad Bunny's dive > Snoop Dog's "splash"
Well played WWE...
I would hope so, he's 20 years younger.
I can't believe that the ending of the last man standing match didn't get a brown down. Why didn't you not even mention the ref stopping the count while Heyman fumbled with the key for five years?
because it was a botch and also, roman technically got onto his feet before the ref would've hit 10, stop complaining
The other day simon clearly said that botches do happen once in a while
Alexa Bliss is 💕
Simon you have the best show on UA-cam fr. I'm giving you a up because the counter was working just fine. I really thought you were gonna give the controversial count for the last man standing a down lol but I actually don't mind lol. And don't get a heart attack because of all the suprise roll ups dude.... Thanks so much for the show
Expectations: Return of Brock Lesner and CM Punk
Reality: Return of Kane (isn't he a mayor or something?), Hurricane, Carlito and Christian.
What everyone feared: Goldberg defeating Drew McIntyre
What actually happened: Drew beat Goldberg clean!
So we just not gonna talk about how they disrespected Jeff Hardy??
I totally geeked out for both Victoria and Carlito.😂
What about Christian? I mean, I was flipping out over a lot of the returns, but we didn't even know that it was possible for Christian to return.
There is no way Golberg would've won against Drew McIntyre..
I'm convinced Simon doesn't pay attention to what he's watching most the time. Several things he gave downs to where clearly explained as to why they happened.
And how there was no Golden Up for that last man standing match, I'll never know.
The last man standing matching ended horribly. Definitely not a golden up.
It started strong, however that ending says otherwise.
Which downs are u angry with
The ending was a botch and a disappointment, so yeah it received what it deserved
@@RandallWI I hated that ending.
I think what people hated about the Universal finish was the sudden stop the second ref did when Paul couldn't get the cuffs off.
