Idk but some cars have a lower top speed then expected, the machina should top around 322 if it has the real top speed, the stuttgart lms could do 330, and the stocker goes 322
You tested the cars on the wrong map - you should test then in the downtown demalare map on the long long road from the mountains towards the beach and through the sculpture as you can go faster there you'll find that you can do 321kmh in the charice on that road beating the stuggart lms
