Most of them are filled later. Sometimes (rarely) it is not filled at all. Even if it is filled, it can take from 3 months to 1 year.

I thought exactly the same but then looked at the BTC chart in 2021. We crashed through the bull market "support" band and had a 60% drop before making it all back and setting the new high five months later. I still tend to agree with you but there's a VERY recent precedent that says recovery like that is actually possible. Calling that a Bounce would probably be a step too far though!

We've got a major imbalance of funds going into crypto versus altcoins. Institutions, corporate America, and pension funds are not messing around with altcoins in any kind of big way. So, while Bitcoin serves BOTH the retail market AND the institutional market, altcoins are still only handled by small investors, a small SUBSET of the retail investor.
I find it hard to believe these charts can still be interpreted at this point compared to previous years
