Same with me. I love Gigi's voice and wanted to like all her performances but some songs she sang didn't touch me even if they were excellently performed and much appreciated by others. Her cover songs that deeply touched me were so addictive that I continue to listen to them over and over again. But I wonder why I wasn't touch by any of her original songs no matter how good they were and how hard I tried to like them.
