A lot of Nursing Students and Preceptees feel overwhelmed when paired up with a Preceptor, often feeling inadequately prepared for the profession, simply due to inexperience. Just understand that Preceptors don't expect you to be an Expert at Nursing knowledge during your preceptorship.

I’ll say this, these tips go both ways. There’s nothing worse than an orientee that wants to succeed, but has a preceptor that is not engaging. But yes I absolutely agree. The spotlight is definitely on you so let’s grind!!!
