The more Jesus in the video the better ❤😂don’t ever apologize for that. At the tail end of last year I looked around at all the stationery (mostly stickers and other deco) I got throughout the past year and I realised I buy things in the moment thinking it’ll make me Feel happier and it only lasts for like a week, tops. I felt annoyed at myself and that was all the motivation I needed to take a step back. Sadly a lot of the other stationery lovers I know just say ‘girl buy it, girl get it’ and I’m pretty sure they don’t tell themselves that… so I am also staying quiet about the things I’m looking at. I just sit with it for about a week or two and decide after if I still need the product. Most times - shocker - I don’t. I want to focus on other things this year in my life and over on UA-cam, I will be doing much fewer hauls & unboxings on my channel. I’ll be sharing more about my actual creative process with the things I already own, plan-with-mes etc.

I used to buy a lot of stationery, but I found at the end of the day I really only use a mechanical pencil and some recycled paper from the office. All the fancy notebooks and pens ended up in the dumpster.
Oh no! You could've given those fancy notebooks & pens to me! j/k 😆 I really don't have the room for "more" stuff. That's so true what you said,; one writing instrument & paper is really all that is necessary. TFW. 🥰
I’ve always been a stationery ’minimalist’. I mean, I have a collection of one TN cover in each size, but it’s a collection. All the purchases I’ve made are not on credit and I’m very proud of that. We do Dave Ramsey’s baby steps, and are saving up for a house right now, so I have to be VERY intentional about what I buy for journaling.

@ nah, it’s a hobby and everyone can collect differently. I’m just limited to one drawer and a rolling tier cart so that’s what really motivates me to use what I have

Friendly tip- Atheist here. Wanted to comment that I clicked on your video because I’m into journaling and cutting down on spending.. and if you’re into Jesus, you do you. What does make me not want to watch, is practically the first thing you mention, is pointing out your lack of views, that you seem to expect and be entitled to. You’re not. Some videos might do well, some maybe not as much, and maybe you’ll see that viewer count again. But you’re not entitled to it. Try making videos you enjoy making, and not complaining/focusing on when they don’t give you that “high” maybe you started to get addicted to.. And maybe try not blaming people who don’t share your religious views. That’s lazy and not true, at least for myself.
My first statement in the VID did its job because you commented. Its purpose was to get engagement. So, thank you for commenting your “friendly tip”. I apologize if it came off as being obtuse. There must be some misunderstanding, I have always mentioned 2 things to my viewers since I created this Channel: I will continue to make VIDs as long as viewers keep watching & that I don’t do these VIDs for me but to help others who may get value of what I share. I really don’t have to make VIDs because there are other productive things I have on my plate but I do enjoy making VIDs 🥰….so this “high” that you speak of is not part of my agenda. My only “high” comes from Jesus. LOL. If you feel I am “blaming & complaining” in my VID, then you have already created an opinion of me and that’s fine; you probably wouldn’t have enjoyed the rest of my VID if your impression wasn’t favorable. I’m glad you enjoy journaling and are looking to limit spending which I do share on my channel. You wanted me to be aware of you being “Atheist” so I am going to respect that & I hope you also respect that my banter on my VIDs are there to entertain & not, as you call, a lazy way of opposing “non-religious” views. If you don’t like that kind of banter, I get it & if my Channel is not your cup of tea, I get that also but I would definitely love to have you if you would like to hang out a while….if that was the purpose of your “friendly tip” or you just left a comment to voice your thoughts & never watch another VID that’s fine, too.
