सच मे बीते दिनों की यादें ताजा हो गयी ऐसा लगा कि अचानक से हम 100 साल पुराने भारत मे पहुच गए हों ।उस जमाने के वो सीधे सच्चे लोग ,दिलों में स्नेह भावना वो रेल का संगीत जो अब केवल ऐसी ही रेलवे लाइन पर सुना जा सकता है अब उन लाइनों पर नही मिलता जिन पर राजधानी शताब्दी दौड़ती है।
मैं पाकिस्तान से हूँ। मेरे माता-पिता राजस्थान से पाकिस्तान चले गए। मैंने भारत में छोटी ट्रेन में दो बार चोरो शहर से फतेहपुर शहर तक यात्रा की है। आपके वीडियो ने उस स्मृति को ताज़ा कर दिया। मेरी आंखों में आंसू आ गए। धन्यवाद भाई

bahraich my hometown..used to travel with this train to reach barielly..I remember those jungles..and that barrage/dam in between makes me scare a lot..miss those childhood days🥺 Similarily GOKUL express that use to reach Bahraich at around 9.30 pm and travel to barielly crosses these jungles of national park late night. And those sounds of jungles at night "train chal rahi hai yahi bahut hai" at 4:26 touched my heart..That was a real scene at that time. BDW i am talking about year 1996-2002
Makes me nostalgic. Around 40 years back my father was posted at Lakhimpur Kheri and as a child, at that time I used to think these meter guage trains used to run so fast. The forest which was densed has now become thin now. The railway authorities are utilising old coaches, older locomotives and so on. The government should pay attention to look into the matter and take care of,so that the entire section may be used for the tourists and local people as well. Thanks.

बचपन की खूबसूरत यादें 1983 से 1986 मेरे पिता जी की पोस्टिंग नेपाल गंज यानि रुपईडीहा में थी तब हम गोण्डा अपने होमटाउन आने जाने के किये इसी मीटरगेज ट्रेन का इस्तेमाल करते थे और हाँ उस समय इन ट्रेनों में स्टीम इंजन का प्रयोग होता था बहुत ही खूबसूरत टाइम था वो हमारे जीवन का काश वो दिन दुबारा हम फिर से देख पाते।

These meter gauge trains actually makes more sense near wildlife parks, as they run slower, and require lesser space. If only they make the rakes more modern, it can actually be very useful to connect far flung areas.

This is the token system or ring system of that era or time. This token exchange syatem was the automatic signalling system in British Indian Railways time applicable for broad guage, metre guage, narrow guage trains,locomotives.
Token system is also called as authority proceed signal system. Now my question to everybody what is inside that token tennis type ring,many of you were curious about it so here is the reveal a small metal ball is situated inside that metal racket the ball is called token and that token is collected from the token exchange machine which was used in British Indian Railways time period.The token was put inside in a leather wallet and was being wrapped with the token racket which was collected by the loco pilot of steam and dismal in that era and the same racket were used by the loco drivers in that time they just throw it in running.g condition while passing through the station and they also volley the same ring racket from the station master in running condition. So, this is called token exchange or ring exchange system. I hope everybody is satisfied with this answer.

When we used to travel to lko from lmp at around itaunja hundreds of milkman used to tie there milk containers on the windows of train effectively blocking the view. I used to hate that as a kid 😅
There is a line which goes through GIR Forest and let me tell you, by looking at the line, it looks EPIC. I had travelled through the forest by road too see deers,peacocks,and hundreds of thousands of monkeys. The line though is broad gauge and it connects mai cities of gujarat and india. But the expereince(though I have never travelled)will surely be amazing!

Railways should not decommission the metre guage lines. Instead they should be converted to heritage lines and allow travelers to experience them. I personally will not mind paying extra to travel in metre gauge for an unique experience.

Now my question to everybody what is inside that token tennis type ring,many of you were curious about it so here is the reveal a small metal ball is situated inside that metal racket the ball is called token and that token is collected from the token exchange machine which was used in British Indian Railways time period.The token was put inside in a leather wallet and was being wrapped with the token racket which was collected by the loco pilot of steam and dismal in that era and the same racket were used by the loco drivers in that time they just throw it in running.g condition while passing through the station and they also volley the same ring racket from the station master in running condition. So, this is called token exchange or ring exchange system. I hope everybody is satisfied with this answer.

When we used to travel to lko from lmp at around itaunja hundreds of milkman used to tie there milk containers on the windows of train effectively blocking the view. I used to hate that as a kid 😅

There is a line which goes through GIR Forest and let me tell you, by looking at the line, it looks EPIC. I had travelled through the forest by road too see deers,peacocks,and hundreds of thousands of monkeys. The line though is broad gauge and it connects mai cities of gujarat and india. But the expereince(though I have never travelled)will surely be amazing!

Railways should not decommission the metre guage lines. Instead they should be converted to heritage lines and allow travelers to experience them. I personally will not mind paying extra to travel in metre gauge for an unique experience.
