My M-300 ncomputing device stopped working automatically after the reset.It is just showing a mouse cursor over black screen.Its is not showing bootable ncomputing screen.

Hello!.. I'm having problems with my ncomputings. I updated my main PC from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I've installed vpsace, and the ncomputing shows the server. When I connect, the image is really slow, even more somethimes it disconnects.. what can be the problem? thanks!

are you using newest vspace. please try it using latest vspace. you can download it in www.ncomputing.com (need to login)
