Born in the UK, Ross had a challenging upbringing, being exposed to a tough environment. After moving to Australia, not much changed in his childhood. As he got older, Ross moved back to the UK, where he joined the Royal Marine Commandos at 18, passing the grueling selection and serving on the nuclear escort program before deploying to Iraq. Later, he joined the Australian Army as an Airborne Infantry Paratrooper, deploying to Afghanistan alongside our host, Sam Bamford. Now a paramedic on the Gold Coast, a conversation with a friend sparked his passion for Hyrox and Ironman competitions. 🏋️‍♂️🚴‍♂️
