Let´s you transmit any audio-signal to any AM-radio at 900kHz
(transmitting frequency can be altered by exchanging the quartz-crystal)

Interessantes Projekt, um das alte Röhrenradio zu testen. Aber warum ein uC ? Da kann man doch einen HC4060 o.ä. mit integriertem Quarzoszillator nehmen und die Frequenz direkt herunterteilen....

No. Because a CMOS-IC has push-pull outputs and not open-drain.
So no amplitude-modulation possible as in this circuit.

but you can put a FET Transistor in a simple way to the output

A 4060 plus FET is a good solution. But you would need more parts in all. And you would divide by 16 easily and by 10 only with some more parts again. So for mass production, the tiny25 is the better choise.
