I’m going to have to drive from Louisiana to Arizona with a 2month baby and I was dreading it. This video made me feel so much better about it. You should do a video on everything you brought to travel with a baby ❤️
I think its nice when you can travel with a little one at any age. Gives them a sense of seeing the world.. im sure she scenes all of it.. my kids love it when we travel from Florida up north to see our family.. great bonding time.
I had my babe a few weeks after you had arrow and I could not imagine going on a camping trip like that props to you mama !

I never leave comments on videos. I just want to say thank you for your content and I really enjoy watching. I'm 20 weeks and it's so comforting to get your perspective on pregnancy and new mommy-hood. In the mirror the other day, I noticed cellulite and didn't freak because I remembered you mentioning it in one of your videos. It's kind of an isolating experience (maybe partly due to the quarantine...) and it's nice to watch your videos. (And I am ALSO into Designated Survivor! but it's funny/annoying how Kiefer always whispers...)
When she zoomed in on his feet I was dead. I would have done same with my husband. Hahaha. Who do they think they are sometimes. Oh so manly. Lol. 🤣🤣🤣

Hey that's so brave of you! We did a 4 day camping trip when our babe was about 2months old and we had a blast but it was definitely a challenge, luckily we were with friends so we could share the cooking and cleaning duties and we weren't to far away from a town so we even had a pizza night. Love your videos, keep 'em comin please! ❤

Road trips are so fun and we are glad you were able to spend this time together as a family. A fun activity to do on the road between destinations is sing along to our nursery rhymes with your little one. Our songs focus on teaching children about diversity (different races, cultures, familial makeups, and more) and are sung by two Broadway singers. We hope you will join us.
This is definitely something I would do & a nice step up from regular camping and road tripping lol

My first daughter was nicknamed “squish” because she was so squishy! Now she’s “big squish” and our younger daughter is “lil’ squish”. STM tip though- try to call her by name as much as possible until she recognizes it💜 Also, you’re so brave and I admire you as a new mother (and father) for taking a trip like this. Props to you mama!

Ok I’m late to watching this but I just did a camping trip with my 3 month old and this made me feel better leading up to it. But my question is were you worried about feeding her while car is in motion? I’m scared to do a longer road trip for this reason!
I don’t think it’s advised to be feeding baby while the car is in motion... you can always stop & feed 👍🏼 that’s just my opinion though 🤷🏼♀️

We travelled around the 12 week mark too hahaha. Although my little did better than I had anticipated!
Just a rule of thumb for any baby carrier; you should always be able to easily kiss their forehead, if you have to strain then they aren't secure enough in it :)!

I work with babies and the way you successfully cut out all the crying seemed so strange to me haha. Like, she must have cried a little during that whole time right? Also, love that you call her squish. She is so squishy!
yes she definitely cries!! but the last thing I want to listen to when editing is her crying haha, also when she is crying there is normally a good reason (hungry, diaper, tired) so I'm not filming in that moment (unless I'm feeding her because then she's content and peaceful!)
