I can’t remember the last time I genuinely enjoyed a meal without thinking about the calorie count. I have been trying to recover but it’s so hard and I hate myself so much. Don’t be ashamed to enjoy something. Honestly, as long as you feel healthy and happy that’s all that really matters. I have struggled with eating disorders as well where I both starved myself and overate at points bc of depression and body image issues. People can be so mean sometimes and say all different things and I was once too super ashamed to eat anything at points without checking the nutrition facts, but now that I am good…or just healthy now, I just enjoy everything. I know it’s tough, but just keeping working to be better and it will pay off. Give yourself grace as well and don’t stress yourself out-believe me I have done it lol. It breaks my heart that you have to go through this as well as I am sure other people as well. I know it’s hard to love yourself sometimes but just try to be positive and get there one step at a time!🥰I love you all and I hope the world is doing well!
