Video starts out slow, BUT, IT IS VERY HELPFUL! I appreciated that you have taken the time to show how to vacuum the cleaning solution back and forth to thoroughly clean the nozzles so that any clogs will be loosened and cleared. Other videos have not taken the time to do this, and I was left unsure of how to properly do it. Your video has been very helpful to me! I cannot figure out how to get my printer head to move freely, so I cannot position it over the paper towel. But, I will try to lay paper toweling along the full length of the channel and hope that it will prevent the cleaning solution and ink from getting into the printer. So, I will order a cleaning solution kit.
Make like you're going to print something and pull the power lead as soon as you hear the print head move. When you open the printer lid the print head will be released and you'll be able to move it freely by hand. It'll move back into its rightful position when you power it back up again.
It would be really helpful to know what size the tube that was. Or the kit you used. I bought a kit and the tube does not fit, it is way too small. But the package does not specify the size of the tube.
This could be very helpful if you would just not mumble, explain what you are doing to the printer head inside the unit with the controls to move it around, better explain anything you are doing at all times, and then show us it worked!! As it is, I don't know what size tube to get, whether there is a real danger of flooding the inside of the printer with alcohol/cleaning solution, etc. Thanks for the effort, though. As it is, it gives me no confidence to do the cleaning yet. I will have to look around.
You should redo the video but, with someone helping with the camera. You don’t show a lot of what you’re doing especially where you place the paper towel. I can’t see any moving/sliding part where the towel would be placed on my MFC-J625DW printer so this isn’t helping much.
To all utuber This procedure rarely succeed If the printers companies watching you thru the chip or online if they notice you are not using their original ink cartridges which stamped with their code , then the chip will Instruct the print head to print false things such as clogging one of the colors or all Then you have to bye a new original n genuine ink set and follow their long procedure to solve the problems.. Till your waste tank gets full I had really Abad experience with Brother and Canon

Open the printer lid and press and hold STOP/EXIT until the head moves to the center.
Where do you get the tube from? This is essential to cleaning my blocked printer head. And what size is it please?
