Only way to really secure lights to a metal building is by adding back bracing line 2x4s or whatever behind the places you want lights.. Only problem with that is you put that barn wood up on your walls. Pretty tough once you close it up like that
Just for the record, these hangout type videos are enjoyable.

I submitted a picture of outlaw at my senior prom in 2018 thinking it was a joke but as I grow older I realize that I did it subconsciously because outlaw and his videos was a thing that held my friend group together. We have since grown apart. Maybe we need to start watching outlaw in a group again lol

Mr. Outlaw, I am an electrician. I’d recommend some LED wall packs instead of those lights. They have a lower profile and more surface area to mount to tin.

Got to put a hunk of either thick metal or wood on the backside to sandwich that thin siding.
Use nuts and bolts and washers for the light fixture instead of screws for that type of mounting.

Try using UNISTRUT to mount I have had success using it to lights on metal buildings with the R panel siding like you have on your building.

As someone already said the lights should have had bracing behind them, That light by the door should have been a little higher and screwed/mounted right to the steel beam the metal siding is screwed to. and I don't know how hard it will be to remove the wood you have on the inside walls in order to put a board in there to mount the light too but you need to do something soon because that light being that loose is going to allow water to get into the wall and that won't be good after a while.

youll need some decent self tappers, but you can mount those likes in the wall gurts(those 'Z' shaped sections of metal that connect the columns together.) OR you could get a couple pieces of flat iron, attach it to the gurt and then attach it from the outside through the tin on the wall.

Use a plywood or 2x4 backing plate
Cut a round peace out of plywood that fits the width of your light put it on the back screw it in easy peasy
