I know this video is 4 yeara old but if anyone is out there; What make of membranes are used? Are they single layer flat sheet or stacked? What flux rate is achievable at what MLSS range? How often is wasting needed from the unit?

there are flat sheets as well as hollow membranes used
they can be stacked for large plants..

I am always interested in packaged MBR's and did not know Cullagan was making plants. I have worked in the industry for 14 years on remote and mobile plants. (Sorry I did not see your response earlier)

Is this also need activated bacteria during process?

Live bacteria yes, these systems can be seeded with activated sludge from other plants, started naturally or a combination plus enhanced with dry bacteria
