I love Paula Vaughan and have so many of her designed stitched hanging on our walls, both my daughters houses, sister houses etc. I will love doing another, even though there is so much outlining - it does make the quilts on her designs so outstanding! I have many patterns to choose from in my collection. Thank you for giving her legacy more attention, as it should be.

Love your idea for the Little Red Schoolhouse sampler! I stitched that and personalized it with the name and years I taught in a 2-room country school when I first started teaching. We still have a few of them in NE and SD. Your spool cabinet is gorgeous! What a sweet hubby for finding that for you.

Thanks for a great Flosstube. My Dad had alzimer/dementia. He has passed. My daughter is going through it with her Father In Law now so sad. Sorry you are going through it with your Mom . So very hard on family to watch their loved one be taken away into a person you do not know. 🫂🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
I am starting Lucy Moore by needlework press this weekend and hoping for a finish by Labor Day! I have already stitched Heritage Sampler and A Nee Constellation! I am excited to be able to stitch the mayflower one!

Hi Barbara, And Be Kind did not take long at all. It’s a skinny piece with lots of letters so I zipped right thru from start to finish without even switching projects in the middle 😁
