The girl on the music video is Liza Soberano, a famous celebrity in Philippines, the girl that Followed by Justin Bieber to Twitter way back in 2014, and Charlie Puth invited her to his concert last 2016 but Liza rejected the offer😅. Haliya is a Lunar Goddess worshipped mainly by those who lived in pre-colonial Bicol.
Haliya's arch enemy was Bakunawa, a giant serpent who, according to legend, had devoured her brother Bulan, the embodiment of the moon, whom she had sworn to protect.
Haliya is said to have forged a mask of gold to hide her beauty.
I read on Google that bulan was not eaten by the bakunawa because sidapa protected him. Sidapa and bulan fell in love with each other.
