I can’t believe no one in NRG realises that Chet is the problem. He doesn’t do anything good in the team. He doesn’t make good comps, their map pool is trash. And idk how NRG thinks buying champions players = champions win that’s not how valorant pro play works. Sen literally dropped two champions and won masters
They only dropped pancada not Sacy but your right , chemistry and having a good igl is better than a super team

We can only blame Chet for not picking up an experienced igl at the very beginning. The rest are team chemistry issues. I don't blame him for not coaching the team well because it is just not true when they don't even have a proper igl. But I guess Chet should learn a lesson not to be greedy like throwing random names into the team.

I think Chet is one of the problem. And I also feel they need to buff up their IGL or get a good IGL. Someone who's along the ranks of Saadhak/FNS/Boaster...someone like that...Because I don't think Ethan is cutting it. There's something inherently wrong with their chemistry..I mean you get super star players, sure, but you need the chemistry with each other, with the coach to work.

imagine if we had - marved +FNS. they get a competent IGL. ethan plays initiator/flex. victor raze/senti. Demon1 jett/brim/other smokes. FNS viper/senti. chrashies skye/gekko. just needs to improve his gekko util cos hes so integral now. he rarely has wingman for plant and post plant/ defuse. its a free 6th man

At this point, I think the management is the problem in NRG. Look at Engh, he took 5 tier-2 young players and made them look good competing on highest level. Mb it was not the greatest idea to put Ethan as the igl (boostio and Zikz made 100t look good tho so im just sayin) or mb there are other issues, but its still decisions made by the management. All players proved that they can compete on highest level so its gotta be management right?
Mb Chets management worked in Optic, but does not seem to work in nrg. you sign 2 top-top players at that time and deliver these results, idk

they cant drop demon1 or ethan because they overpaid for both of them and are on longer than 1 year contracts. marved, crashies, and victor are all easily moveable because they're only signed for this year. not sure why rab didn't mention this but this is likely a very large factor as to why demon1 and ethan likely arent being moved.

honestly I could definitely see Marved back on Sentinels, maybe with Sacy's 2 year contract expiring you could move John to the recon/flex (he plays a lot of that in ranked), move Zellsis to primary sentinel, TenZ to flashes/flex and Marved back on the primary smokes, it could definitely work.
Yeah, it's clear for me that Sacy is the weak link in Sentinels, if we get a better player than him, Sentinels will be unstoppable

@@rishirajsingh8425 listen no one makes pro and stays tier 1 of they are bad at the game. Now let's be more realistic here. Some grouping of players just doesn't work. And last year 100% shows that. Eg couldn't do anything then they switched 1 player and there team blew up. And yes demon 1 was really good but the rest of that team was able to step up more then before as well. The 5 people on a team make the whole not 1, and how the 5 people play together effects how the matches go. You could get the best 5 players to ever touch the game but if they don't play well together they won't do anything. Nrg has a great roster but the chemistry isn't there that's all it is. It has nothing to do with this 1 person is bad or anything it's the team it's self. You need 5 people that push each other, help each other, trust each other and can play together well. That's all

Removing crashies makes the most sense in my opinion. Though i think we can all agree that chet is the person that should be removed.

Realistically i think nrg should try and get fns and s0m to replace crashies and marved, to make a roster of demon1, ethan, victor, s0m and fns, thats probably their best bet but idk how the relationship between fns and g2 will make that possible or not

@@flavioroberto9960 I think boostio enabled demon1 look at what he did with 100t rn they’re improving so much. Last year cryo was not living up to his expectations but now with a strong igl. So the point is really good that more rigid leading like fns could maybe improve demon1. Confidence and strong leading is really important. It’s just that I wanna see nrg back as otic mostly were in 2022.

I dont think the people watching this know what an igl does, he doesnt have to make up all the strats and what they do in the mid round, the coach is supposed to do that before the match and if they dont have a clear strategy before the match then its bad, let remember that nature can in for 100t on the fly and while they didnt look as good they were better than nrg which means probably a coach diff more than an igl diff just remember prx doesnt have a set igl its up to a coach to put a game plan into all the players head and the igl to add extra stuff on the fly based on reads

Imo Marved is actually playing well for NRG, the problem here is Demon1 under performing, they should bench Demon1 for a while and try and get a good duelist for his place
They already have Victor. All they have to do is make him the Raze player and have Demon1 learn Omen. Demon1 can play Jett on Jett maps and Omen/Brim on Raze maps
