My squirrel friends are very picky If I set out an assortment of mixed nuts in shell, they pick around the walnuts...we have black walnuts trees all around They're not stupid, they won't take store bought when they have fresh walnuts and hazelnuts all around 😊 But they absolutely love Pecans in shell, so I try to provide them with their favorites whenever they are available in my local store's produce section
Her turning towards you at the end,, and opening the shell for you to see,, I would say, it is her gratitude towards you, she rewarded you, and us :). They are all just super cute. 💕
