When I saw the titel of this I thought UA-cam had done a bit of a mash-up and mixed up the title and presenter! I did what she asked, which was not to stare at the lower half of the screen ( :-o ). But to comment on ten foods which Irish people eat and people from other parts of the world generally do not. So I wrote a bit of half-intelligent rubbish about pigs trotters, which honest to God I actually like. I watched this and then looked at the pile of presents I have ready for wrapping and thought why are the two main ones cameras, which will be used to film complete rubbish for other people to watch.

I used to watch “America’s Funniest Home Videos” with my family, back when it was a very popular TV Show and Bob Saget hosted it…Yeah, the Video with the baby playing the piano was cute…In “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation,” the family cat also sabotages the Christmas Tree too, via chewing on the wire that powered the Tree’s lights…And then at some other point in time, one of the guest’s dogs knocked over the Christmas Tree whilst trying to chase a squirrel whom was making that tree its home…Ah, goodtimes…I’m not sure what type of stuff you welcome people to write to you via E-Mail, so I’m gonna refrain from E-Mailing you directly, to avoid the risk of crossing any Boundaries with you that I might be unaware of…All that said, please clarify for me what you types of things you’re welcoming people to send you direct E-Mail Messages about and what types of things you’re wishing for people to refrain from when E-Mailing you directly…I’m still doubtful the time will ever come when I’d be E-Mailing you directly, however, unless it’s in regards to Questions I might have regarding the technicalities of becoming a “Channel Member,” something I’ve been considering doing for the longest time, to happen sometime over this Holiday season…We’ll See…Please, Stay Tuned… :-) . My friend and her friends appreciate how you’ve been making all your promotional clips for your UA-cam Videos more Accessible to them…and they also wonder whether you knew that it’s anticipated that Mid-2020’s for In-Phone Captioning capabilities to eventually become a widely-available technology…so, that said, they could eventually then be able to begin accessing the Spoken Content from your UA-cam Videos where the Auto-Generated Captions didn’t go through…Also, not that my friend and their friends totally condone these practices…but…Did you also know that there are 3rd-party Instagram accounts that have volunteers Caption Videos without any consent/permission or prior knowledge of the original Content Creators? :-/ True, I’ve observed that such Instagram accounts are beginning to spring up, where people submit Videos that they want to have Captioned and the Instagram account re-posts the Videos but with Captions, usually without the original Content Creators having any knowledge of the re-upload; those accounts often boast that they “Provide Accessibility” (but such accounts fail to mention the absence of any permission or prior knowledge of the original Content Creators, although they do credit them by providing links to the original creators’ pages)…Nearly 100% of the time, people who submit Videos to those 3rd-party Instagram accounts mean no harm and it isn’t done out of malice; rather, maybe they really want to know what’s being said in a Video but they’re deaf and they’re either unable to reach the original Content Creators at all or the original Uploader just doesn’t Caption certain Videos of theirs’…Neither my friend (who’s Hard-Of-Hearing) nor her friends (whom are 100% deaf) honestly condone that type of practice; rather, we DO support approaching the Content Creators themselves and asking them for permission FIRST; if something feels wrong or incorrect, it probably is, and it never hurts to do the RIGHT thing (rather than the wrong thing), if that makes sense…My friend and her friends also wonder whether you knew yet that there’s also a new upcoming App for Cell Phones called “Live Captions” where the Cell Phone itself provides Closed-Captioning for ANY Video OR Audio Clip played on the Cell Phone (even if they’re files and being provided Offline); however, that technology is currently only being offered on roughly ½-a-dozen phones from the Google Pixel series of Phones and isn’t expected to become more widely-available and “Mainstreamed” until sometime around the Mid-2020’s; therefore, if any of your UA-cam Videos (or even old LiveStreams, for that matter) where the Captions didn’t go through are still up by the Mid-2020’s, my friend and her friends will eventually get to watch those Videos, through “Live Captions,” an upcoming In-Phone Captioning App that’s still a few more years away from becoming widely-available…My friend & I both have Android Phones, which don’t have the “Live Captions” App; the “Live Transcribe” App only transcribes Videos for Apps that support the “Split-Screen View” but Instagram doesn’t but, also, “Live Transcribe” doesn’t understand your accent, but “Live Captions” would…After telling me in advance what they were gonna be signing out in ASL (because they know that I don’t know any Sign Language of any kind), they (as they said they’d be signing) signed Thank You, Kirstie, for making your Content more Accessible to “Us” (as in them)…But did you know that the Auto-Captions once transcribed the word, “We” as “Wee”? That happened during a time when the occurrence of the word was surrounded by you talking about Scottish-related subject matter…That’s how intelligent the Auto-Generated Captioning system on UA-cam is getting! My Dad kidded a bit recently that if those Auto-Captions become much smarter, we might have one of those situations play out like in those Terminator movies, where AI (Artificial Intelligence) becomes TOO “Intelligent,” LOL…Are you getting my DRY humor yet? Why, my humor’s so DRY, we’re gonna need to break out the cacti…Ha-Ha-Ha: A “Cheesy Pun,” minus the Ham, Mayo, Mustard, and Pickle…How’s that one, Kirstie? That was my attempt at humor… ;-)
Home movies are always great, dead funny in the moment stuff...unless it's just boring folk falling over stuff. Emails are mainly for any work relating to youtube, so brands and companies contact me via email. In this video I was just being sarcastic. Everything else is better in comments on on social media 👌🏻 I'm glad they appreciate that 😁 Sounds like it would be a brilliant feature to have! Any app or update that can improve accessibility would be amazing in my book. Dry humour is good, it's just different strokes different folks 🙌🏼 Everyone has their own stuff they find funny which is actually better than everyone being the same.
