Walaikum as salam. As per my experience, try listing it thrice back to back daily. How many days? Each has different requirements so at least a week and continue until you reach the goal.
Pray tahajjud. Read Durood e Ibrahim daily many times. Read Astagfirullah daily. Read Surah Fatiha, Surah Baqarah, Surah Yusuf, Surah Yaseen, 4 Quls daily. Blow on your palms and rub on your head, body many times.
