HMS 1+2 on hit is +6 so doing it again is uninterruptible by most characters since it comes out in 15 frames. It also tracks a decent amount when Lee has frame advantage, but it doesn't have parry frames.

again another character that is not as weak as ppl say he is. IDK why ppl have characters strengths and weaknesses so wrong in this game. I have a clip of steve doing 1+2 shit tracks both sides 2nd hit always hits I was literally behind him and the 2nd hit of the 1+2 hit me. steve weak but doing 70-75% damage combos NO HEAT EXTENDER!!!!!
Try to get those combos consistently on Steve my man, unless you are a frickin god on Steve you will not get alot of opportunities to do Shit like that, and well those combos are hard to do)
People rank characters' strengths with him often they get the opportunities to do such damage.
Steve barely gets openings and has to commit to a lot of pokes, shirty pokes with weak plus frames.
He is really linear and requires a lot of reads

@@aephyn_ weird, looks like a massive gap between the tip of the leg and fist. Only reason I see that happening is the frame rollback hasn't aligned the actual hitbox
