Lee won hee, two hands, one hands, no grip... tai otoshi!!!! Never seen better since!
I used to love this throw back in the day. With feint or without, if you caught someone with it they often didn't move for a few seconds after hitting the mat so hard and fast.
Good grip, timing, speed and rotational force combine to devastating effect; but as always you have to upset the opponent's balance first for this to work. Being of small build, this was my favourite technique against taller players.
Soichi Hashimoto really uses well the leg straightening spring to pivot the throw, a clean and precise technique that gives his opponent no chance of counter-attack.

Tai otoshi is the best throw in Judo imo,high reward,low risk,simple to excute and you can do it as hard as you need to
In my limited experience I wouldn’t call it “low risk,” though I agree with everything else. Tai Otoshi is by far my favorite throw.
