52.19 I am afraid that in Consolidated Sheet, approach to get the Totals may not correct as it sums quarter total and also individual division amount, so double counting.
in the Consolidation exercise (55:33), the "Total" column is not adding the correct numbers. The formula in the consolidation cannot be sum(b4:b7) as it was in the file. The total should be $3,700 and I am sure there is a way of adding subtotals or adding values of column C only if column b is different that Excel201. I can't run the formula as a I have an older version of Excel but curious to see what adds up to 5,900. Only if you add from the bottom up to the top sub-total of $1,500 the total is $5,900.
I noticed that, as well. The total in column C should be $3700. The formula should be =SUM(C7,C11,C15,C19). That totals $3700. The same formula needs to be applied to the Totals for columns D, E, and F. Hope that helps.
@learnit_training Section "cosolidatedSummary sheet": I noticed a new blank column added (column B in level 1 but not blank in level 2) after doing cosolidation in the "summary division" table?? why or any comment?
I will type the data from the image into excel such as name, address, email, zip code etc. Is there any software or any way to check spelling mistakes in Excel from these images?
Hello There! i want one excel Formula > how to calculate OT1, OT2, Regular hour in excel. if hours fall between 00:00 to 05:00 it is OT2 , if hours fall between 05:00 to 8:30 it is OT1, if hours fall between 8:30 to 18:00 it is regular hour, if hours fall between18:00 to 21:00 it is OT1, if hours fall between 21:00 to 24:00 is OT2. For example if employee starts work at 02:00 and ends at 22:00 then total working hour will be 20:00, Regular Hour will be 09:30, OT1 will 06:30 , OT2 will be 04:00. (OT=OVERTIME)
Consolidate segment should have been more detailed in description and explanation. I keep running into error messages of 'Source reference overlaps destination area'. In order to make sure the cell ranges of each table are different is the solution possibly from that and I still ran into issues. I also get this error message of 'Cannot create links to consolidation sheet' occurs when one checks create link to source option and ran into errors for that too. You had this segment be without flaws and errors one can run up against with this. Consolidate isn't as cut and dry as your video made it out to be. Future videos of your course(s) should also perhaps have an addendum of challenges one may encounter of items to learn of segments along the way.

Instead of sorting like this..... could you just not create a tabell and use the sort tools. Much easier and more efficient...
